An other moment that will stay with me was a great action scene with not such a great outcome. I was in the bush with my platoon (Ranger 1st Squad) when I took a hit and fell screaming to the ground, luckily my medic (Woody) was there to pull me by my leg with much difficulty do to heavy fire to some cover behind a large tree. After all his hard work to get me to cover and stitch me up he tells me "we need to get the hell out of here". I look behind us and see a nice area to fall back to. As I yell the orders to fall back I take a few shots to the back of the head and go down for the last time.
