How do I know if my Shooting Glasses are ANSI rated?

Look for the ANSI Z87.x as it will be imprinted on certified glasses.

Do I need a facemask?

Negative. Only ANSI Z87.1 or higher rated shooting glasses are required.

Do I have to pre-register?

Affirmative.

Can I bring my own ammo?

Negative. Field ammo, only.

What is the velocity limit?

400fps with .20g ammo.

May I use extended, hi-cap or box magazines?

Affirmative.

May I carry extra magazines?

Affirmative.

May I use a thigh holster?

Affirmative.

May I use a machinepistol such as an MP7 or M11?

Negative. Classic pistols, only (such as ones with a slide or revolver).

May I use a full-auto pistol in semi-mode?

Affirmative.

My I wear gloves?

Affirmative.

May I take breaks in between the stations?

Affirmative. When you do them is up to you, but be sure to get them all done before we finalize the score!

How will you keep score?

Contestants will be ranked by the best average time.
Our scorekeeper will track your results.

What if it takes me longer to complete the station than the default time?

The default time will be your score for that station.

What if I show up late?

You need to complete all stations to qualify.
If you do not have time to complete all the stations you will be disqualified.
Please arrive on time to guarantee you will have enough time.

Do I have to shoot the stations in a particular order?

This depends on the event. Read the course outline for each event.

Can we shoot the stations more than once?

Only if we have enough time. Once everyone has completed the stations, we might allow make-ups, but only if we have enough time. Then, you can use your best time for that station.

What can I do to practice in advance?

Read the Rules and practice target shooting at the specified ranges, targets and stances as indicated before you arrive. Practice! Practice! Practice!

What attire should I plan to wear?

You may wear any type of attire.

Do I need waivers?

Affirmative. Waivers will be e-mailed to you after you register and they will be available at the event. Waivers are good for the entire year.
MINORS MUST HAVE ADULTS SIGN FOR THEM.

Can I bring signed waivers with me instead of a parent if I am a minor?

Affirmative.

Do I have to pre-pay?

Only if you wish to pay with a credit card. Links will be provided after you register. Otherwise, cash/check at the event.
